If you’re not satisfied with your first Viranex order, you can submit your claim through our online form within 90 days of your purchase date.

Once your claim has been submitted, our team will review it within 7 business days and contact you directly with the next steps.
Once your refund has been approved, Viranex will process it within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount will usually appear in your account within an additional 3 to 10 business days.
If your Viranex product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
